Lucy received her package!!

Somewhere behind these walls our little girl waits for her family. I pray that she knows she has a family, and that her package will get to her soon.

**our care package was delayed due to the snowstorms, and as of today, they have not received it.

We have not heard from our agency if they have received our dossier back from the Chinese Consulate, which they will then send to China. I know that all that can be done is pray and know that God's timing is always perfect...

**We received word from Lucy's orphanage that they fared well during the storms. They had enough supplies and received 10 more boxes from the government to replenish their supplies. We are so thankful to know they are all well.

Happy Year of the Rat!

Today I drove all of our documents to the Secretary of State office for authentifications. Our dossier is now on it's way to our agency, who will then send it off to the Chinese Consolate, and then off to CHINA! This has been a wonderful way to celebrate Chinese New Year, our very last without Lucy!
