a couple of things I did....
*make a double batch of the vinaigrette, use half when you make the salad
and put the remainder in the fridge to add more when needed
**the second time I made this I used 1/2 cup red quinoa and 1/2 cup reg quinoa
and I threw in some dried cranberries!
